Savannah Sunsets never fail to impress me, so something told me to paint it over the whole city from a bird's eye view. I had to paint the iconic Talmadge Memorial Bridge that connects Savannah to Hutchinson Island. If you pay close attention to the buildings, you will spot the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist with the sun's rays on the spires of the cathedral reflecting beautiful warm and cold colors that bring a special charm to this painting. As an artist, I will like to do my own interpretation and romanticize the painting a bit but I think I captured a Savannah Sunset perfectly
